Stacey has over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, and 20 years with Laguna Niguel Racquet Club. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Master Degree in Physical Education. Stacey is currently certified through ACE, ACSM, AAHFP, and CPR & AED certified. Stacey specializes in sports training, post rehabilitation routines, and weight management program incorporating functional training effectively into her regiment. Her hobbies are golf, tennis, cooking, and traveling.
Nicola transitioned into personal training after ending her career as a successful stunt woman in Los Angeles. She works with any age group wanting to improve their overall health or reach the next level of their game with sport specific training and nutrition. She is a NESTA certified personal trainer, a certified nutrition coach and Etcheberry Certified Trainer. This certification focuses on speed, agility, quickness and overall fitness for tennis players. Nicola’s 30 minute intense functional circuit training sessions coupled with nutritional advice can help you lose weight, get stronger, increase your cardiovascular strength, preventing injuries, increase balance and flexibility.
Diana specializes in performance training for tennis, corrective exercise, and strength training. She is a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist with the International Tennis Performance Association (ITPA), FMS Certified (Functional Movement Screen), Sports Injury Specialist, TRX Certified and a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer. She grew up in Southern California playing competitive tennis on the local, national and international levels. After her junior tennis career she went on to play Division 1 college tennis for Loyola Marymount University. Her specialties are tennis specific footwork and training, functional strength training and injury prevention.
Randy Siegel earned a Master’s degree in occupational therapy from USC in 1998. He has an extensive background in hand and upper extremity injury rehabilitation. Randy owned Cambridge Rehabilitation, a private physical therapy and hand injury clinic in Orange, CA. During this time, Randy worked with a group of physical therapists, podiatrists, and orthopedists in treating a full body range of musculoskeletal conditions, including plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains and achilles tendonitis. Now at Racquet Club of Irvine his focus is treating sports and overuse injuries in overhead and throwing athletes, such as tennis, baseball and volleyball players.
Pam have 4 years experience as a personal trainer/ boot camp instructor and 10 years of experience as a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, receiving her certification in 2005 at the University of Texas in Austin, TX and continued her coaching education in 2006 at the USAT USA Triathlon, “Art & Science of Triathlon” in Colorado Springs, CO and in 2009 at the USAT Olympic Training Center in San Diego. Pam have coached hundreds of adults/children ages 7-70 in both the group and individual setting in the three disciplines of swim, bike and run. She headed numerous Kids Triathlon Camps and was the event director for a Kids Triathlon. Pam completed over 80 triathlons in the last 18 years, including one Ironman and two Half-Ironman finishes. She is also an Olympic distance National qualifier.

Kia completed her 200 hour training with YogaWorks in Orange County, California and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle and Restorative Yoga. Her classes are filled with technique and alignment cues for all levels, including beginners. Kia is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly with their body and mind via the practice of yoga.
Melissa have been coaching and doing personal training in California since 1997. Her training has been all over the world in Tai Chi, Qigung, longevity stick, yoga, meditation, and aqua aerobics. Melissa is certified with the Arthritis Foundation, Chinese Martial Arts Institute as well as the Shanghai Institute in Beijing.
Rashmi has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She frequently travels back to India for further studies to refine her practice and work towards self – realization. In Rashmi’s class you will receive personal attention in traditional yoga. She takes careful consideration in training her students in difficult yoga postures with the use of props to avoid injuries.
