Melissa have been coaching and doing personal training in California since 1997. Her training has been all over the world in Tai Chi, Qigung, longevity stick, yoga, meditation, and aqua aerobics. Melissa is certified with the Arthritis Foundation, Chinese Martial Arts Institute as well as the Shanghai Institute in Beijing.
Rashmi has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She frequently travels back to India for further studies to refine her practice and work towards self – realization. In Rashmi’s class you will receive personal attention in traditional yoga. She takes careful consideration in training her students in difficult yoga postures with the use of props to avoid injuries.
Born and raised in Orange County, Monique loves sports and played soccer and ran track. She decided to teach Yoga because it pushes her mentally and physically. Yoga made her more connected with herself and those around her. Her goal as yoga instructor is to help every person gain confidence and loving life. Her hobbies are hiking, beaching and trying new food.
