Jason Harris
Personal Trainer & Boot Camp Instructor
Raised primary in Phoenix, AZ where he attended middle and high school. Jason was a two sport varsity athlete and in his junior year of high school he got hooked on mixed martial arts (MMA). Jason competed in MMA all over the western United States and Mexico and had the privilege of competing in a couple amateur and professional "cage" fights before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, and still on active duty. After completing three deployments to various locations across the globe Jason was transferred down to the Recruit Depot in San Diego where he was the body composition and military appearance program director and coordinator. There he began to lead, train, and mentor Marines that were having troubles with the physical and nutritional health. After spending a year in this position he was transferred to MCB Camp Pendleton where he served the director of physical fitness and injury prevention for Alpha and Delta Companies at the School of Infantry. In 2015, Jason decided to pursue his passion for fitness and health as he will exit the service in 2017 after 10 and half years of service. Jason is currently a certified personal trainer, advanced personal trainer, CrossFit level I trainer, HITT level II Trainer and will be receiving his B.A. in Health in Wellness this October.

Melissa Stewart
Aqua Instructor / Personal Trainer

Melissa have been coaching and doing personal training in California since 1997. Her training has been all over the world in Tai Chi, Qigung, longevity stick, yoga, meditation, and aqua aerobics. Melissa is certified with the Arthritis Foundation, Chinese Martial Arts Institute as well as the Shanghai Institute in Beijing.

Rashmi Fitter
Yoga Instructor

Rashmi has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She frequently travels back to India for further studies to refine her practice and work towards self – realization. In Rashmi’s class you will receive personal attention in traditional yoga. She takes careful consideration in training her students in difficult yoga postures with the use of props to avoid injuries.

Yoga Instructor
Born and raised in Orange County, Monique loves sports and played soccer and ran track. She decided to teach Yoga because it pushes her mentally and physically. Yoga made her more connected with herself and those around her. Her goal as yoga instructor is to help every person gain confidence and loving life. Her hobbies are hiking, beaching and trying new food.
