Stacey has over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, and 20 years with Laguna Niguel Racquet Club. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Master Degree in Physical Education. Stacey is currently certified through ACE, ACSM, AAHFP, and CPR & AED certified. Stacey specializes in sports training, post rehabilitation routines, and weight management program incorporating functional training effectively into her regiment. Her hobbies are golf, tennis, cooking, and traveling.
Boot Camp Instructor
Snow is one of Orange County’s top Boot Camp Coaches and a disabled navy veteran. Snow’s high intensity interval training program promotes cardiovascular health resulting in a healthier, longer and happier lives.
Certified Nutritionist/Training Consultant
Mattias is a certified nutritionist & training consultant from Sweden. He is certified through European Health & Fitness Association. He was an elite gymnast and competed in Muay Thai fighting. Mattias is also a certified piloxing and boot camp instructor.
Mike grew up in Laguna Niguel and played football in college at Kansas Wesleyan University. He has been in the fitness industry for over 5 yrs. He is NCSF certified and he specializes in metabolic training, sports specific training, bodybuilding, and post-rehab training.
Luciano earned his degree in Physical Education from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1996 and became an advanced personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning. Luciano is trained in martial arts, judo, and jiu jitsu since he was 7 years old. He won his first bodybuilding contest in Sao Paulo in 1991. He also has a tremendous background in nutrition which is key to bodybuilding and overall health.
Kathleen has 24 years experience, is certified through the American Council of Exercise, holds a BA degree from the University of San Diego, U of Florida Spinal Rehabilitation, & TRX. She specializes in corrective and rehabilitative training, weight management, and neck and back stabilization.
Kristin is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Weight Loss Management. She earned a BA degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In addition to maintaining proper fitness in the gym, she is also passionate about living an active lifestyle by running, surfing, practicing yoga, and biking.
Johanna is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association; the CHEK Institute as an Exercise Coach and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach; the Total Gym Gravity Training System (GTS) as a Strength Training and Pilates instructor, and have a Bachelor in Biology and Master’s in Psychology. This enables her to better understand personally how the body reacts to diet, strength and the psychology behind it. Johanna won first place in the Master’s Over 45 category in 2006. Her mission is to help her clients to understand how the body, mind, and food work together to enhance a better lifestyle.

Craig has been focused on strength and conditioning since his high school days back in The Woodlands, Texas. He pursued his athletic dreams in college, but chose an academic approach to his future as well at Occidental College. Upon Graduation, the opportunity to be a professional athlete took him around the world and exposed him to several styles and philosophies of strength and conditioning. He used these experiences to develop his own individual approach to training.
After working as a physical therapist for 6 years. Scott obtained his Masters degree in Kinesiology, specializing in sports performance and human movement. Scott has worked with athletes on the PGA, LPGA, MLB, AVP, NFL, and NBA. Scott also worked for the LA Galaxy for 2 years and trained athletes on the 2012 US Olympic team and South Korean team as well as teams in the BIG 10 Conference while in college. He was also a consultant for the Biggest Loser. Scott is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer by NSCA and is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).
Rick earned his Health/Fitness instructor through University of Irvine in 1996. He is also certified with National Strength & Conditioning Association, Frappier Speed, Agility and Acceleration Program, and SDystematic Touch Training. Rick specializes in post injury rehabilitation, student athletes, sports specific, and senior training program.
Group Exercise Instructor/Personal Trainer
Daisy is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as CPR and AED certified, specializing in functional whole body training. Forever a student in life and enjoying an active lifestyle, you can find Daisy playing beach volleyball, hiking, and exploring nature.”
Katie Salerno is certified with ACE, NASM and EGOSCUE. She is also a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner and Bodyworker, Trained at Healing Hands School 1000 Hour program. Katie began her fitness career in 1992. Her focus is on a holistic approach to health blending exercise, clean eating, flexibility, and stress management. Katie’s expertise is in nutritional counseling, weight management, advanced stretch and flexibility sessions, Pre and Post Natal Training, Senior and Youth fitness, Post Rehab Training, and Balance and Core Training.
Joanna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She grew up in Laguna Niguel and has been a longtime member of Laguna Niguel Racquet Club. She played four years on a full tennis scholarship at Arizona State University, while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Sports Law and Business. She not only enjoys working with adults on their fitness journey, but she loves training youth athletes as well. When working with clients, she likes to focus on exercise and nutrition, as she believes both go hand in hand when setting and reaching fitness goals. In her spare time, she loves weight training, hiking, and competing in Spartan Races.
