Vitallics™ personal training and fitness programs, integrate proven physical performance methods utilized throughout various conditioning and sports disciplines. Together, we design and modify your program based on your achievement goals, while integrating the best methods of exercise for you.

Fitness assessments are based on aerobic and anaerobic threshold testing, strength, endurance, flexibility, range of motion, functional daily movements (lunges, standing posture, sitting, squats, sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups), movement transitions with precision and control, and balance.
A personal fitness program is designed on achieving goals in five categories.
Foot / Leg / Hip
Wrist / Arm / Shoulder
Calves / Hamstrings / Quadriceps
Trunk (Spine & Core)

Classical Yoga Poses (timed) then transition

Cardiorespiratory Test (30 minutes)
- Breathing control:
The recommended minimum training time frame is to complete an 8-week program with a minimum of two classes per week. Classes are approximately one hour. Classes can be held in group settings, small group training, or couples and private class coaching.

Susan Lee is a certified personal trainer, an advanced 500-hour yoga practitioner, a senior strength-training specialist, and has worked with special needs clients, athletes, seniors, and children who all seek strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, balance, muscle definition, joint mobility, health, and well-being. She is the originator of Vitallics™ Method exercise programs, which integrate physical performance methods utilized in a multitude of sports disciplines. Classes are held in private, small group, and large class settings.
Susan competed nationally in gymnastics and later pursued a professional ballet career. She is active in running, weight training, kickboxing, martial arts, yoga, ballet, and scuba diving. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in physical fitness and kinesiology, a Masters Degree in dance and theatre arts, and an MBA. As a working professional, Susan has written, directed, and produced entertainment and marketing spectaculars for The Walt Disney Company.
