Dr. Dina Rusk
Zumba Instructor/Personal Trainer

Group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer, Dr. Dina Martin-Rusk is a chiropractor since 1977.  She began dancing at age 4, in various types of dance, primarily ballet, jazz, modern, and folk dance and was a dance director and choreographer for competitive dance groups as well as an award winning performer.  Dina competed in her first bodybuilding competition at age 51.  As a competitive cyclist, her experience in cycling eventually lead to becoming a spin instructor since 2001. Eventually she came across Zumba, Ripped, and most recently Bolly X. This last year she created her own format of Booty Blast and Core.

Veena Grover
Yoga Instructor

Veena Grover is a certified Ananda Yoga Instructor; a Second Degree Black Belt and Certified Taekwondo Instructor. Veena earned her Distinction award from ATA Black Belt Academy in 2001. Veena has been teaching taekwondo and yoga for the last 21 years. Her yoga philosophy is very spiritual, holistic and self identifying.

Judy Garman
Yoga Instructor

Judy was trained and certified by THE YOGA ALLIANCE TO TEACH YOGA. Judy has continued to gain knowledge in many styles of yoga through workshops with experts like DARMA MITTRA, TIAS LITTLE and JAMES O'LEARY. Judy’s specialty is flow yoga where she incorporates all styles into one sequence that flows from pose to pose.

Holly Briscoe
Spin/Pilates Instructor  

Holly grew up in Laguna Beach and is an AFAA, AAAI/ISMA and TRX certified fitness instructor who also specializes in Spinning, Body Sculpt, Yoga and Pilates. She also competes  locally in both USTA and PACSUN tennis leagues.  Holly placed 2nd two years in a row at the Annual Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Mud Run in 2008 and 2009, with a 3rd place finish in 2010.

Susan Lee
Personal Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor

Susan is an ACE certified personal trainer, an advanced 500-hour yoga graduate, a senior strength-training specialist through Geri-Fit, and certified with distinction in Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle issues from Vanderbilt University. Susan competed nationally in gymnastics and performed professionally as a ballet dancer. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in physical education & kinesiology, a Masters Degree in dance and theatre arts, and an MBA. As a working professional, Susan has written, directed, and produced entertainment and marketing spectaculars for The Walt Disney Company. She is the originator of Vitallics™ Method exercise programs, which integrate the very best physical performance methods from the East and west. Susan also teaches Entertainment Arts and Event Production for UCI.

Gregg Snow
Boot Camp Instructor


Snow is one of Orange County’s top Boot Camp Coaches and a retired navy seal veteran. Snow’s high intensity interval training program promotes cardiovascular health resulting in a healthier, longer and happier lives.

Cindie Borg
Nutritionist/Group Exercise Instructor

Cindie is a sought after Certified Nutritionist accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Lifestyle Coach, Neuromuscular Sports Therapist, Functional Fitness Specialist, Therapeutic YRT Yoga Instructor, Certified Indoor Cycling, Body Sculpting Instructor and Professional Plant-based Cooking Coach. Her studies also include Homeopathic, Ayurvedic medicine and Herbal remedies.

Pamela Henrici
Yoga instructor / Dance Instructor

Pamela was born in Lima, Peru and moved to CA in 2011. She has been in fitness for 18 years and danced on stage since she could walk. She is certified through the University of Reebok for kickboxing, core-ball, body sculpting, choreographic dance, and spinning. In 2014 she received her 200hr certification in Yoga, including Ashtanga, Power Yoga Vinaysa, Slow Burn and Yin at Lifetime Center.  She also completed her kids Yoga Certification with Karma Kids from New York this year. Her classes range from (beginners) helping people who are just getting started doing power yoga to advanced.

Kia Kamrani
Yoga Instructor

Kia completed her 200 hour training with YogaWorks in Orange County, California and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle and Restorative Yoga. Her classes are filled with technique and alignment cues for all levels, including beginners. Kia is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly with their body and mind via the practice of yoga.

Gina Jacobs
Spin Instructor

Gina is a Certified Spin Instructor and has been teaching spin for 11 years.  Her career in Speech Pathology has been very rewarding, especially working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Spinning allows her to work out and release any built up stress. Gina is also a competitive tennis player on B1 level.

Linda Mulvaney
Spin Instructor

Linda received her spin certification through Reebok and received additional training from an ACE certified spin instructor.  Linda has been teaching spin classes at Laguna Niguel Racquet Club since 1999. She is also the original instructor at Spearman Clubs.

Adam Leiter
Spin Instructor
Adam is a passionate athlete, coach, and student.  Adam is Schwinn certified for indoor cycling.  He is also an accomplished swimmer, surfer, golfer.
Robert Teston
Spin Instructor

Certified Spin instructor since 1995 and 20 years of teaching in South Orange County. His classes are high energy, challenging and fun. He is one of the original spin instructors for LA Fitness in South Orange County.

Warren Wong
Spin Instructor

Spin instructor in Orange County since 1996. Started spinning as cross-training for tennis. Certified through Mad Dog Athletics, 24 Hour Fitness and Reebok Fitness.  Certified tennis professional with USPTR for 25 years.
