Dance routines incorporate turns, twists, balances, stretches, jumps and leaps for making the body graceful, limber, responsive, vital and strong.
Barefoot Strength Training:
High-energy class focusing on strengthening muscle groups with various exercises utilizing dumbbells and body weight. Higher heart rate is achieved by performing cardio exercises barefooted, and for greater balance. Expect gains in fitness level, strength, body composition, and balance.
This south Asian dance style fitnesss is a full body cardio workout that keeps you moving and smiling the entire time. You will be squatting, swiveling, and pivoting the entire time and definitely get your heart pumping, tone your abs and strengthen your legs.

This class format using foam rollers and tennis balls will help reduce inflammation, break up scar tissue and joint stress, as well as improve circulation and flexibility. Instructor leads the participants in various stretches that help lengthen the muscles and release tension. Great for warm ups and cool downs for sports.
This high intensity interval training circuit will alternate short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery routines in various stations. HIIT is a guarantee way to burn more fat, improve endurance, and build strength. Designed for all fitness levels.
H20 BOOTCAMP / AQUA BOOT:
This classs format will utilize aqua equipment and water resistance to burn calories and build lean muscles. The water based fitness program provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on the joints. This exhilarating workout in the comfortable environment of the pool is a great cross-training for land –based exercises or as a buoyant alternative to land.
Junior Conditioning Program:
This class is geared towards juniors ranging from elementary school age through high school. The goal is to improve athletic performance as well as overall fitness conditioning. Proper exercise techniques are taught in order to prevent injuries.

Resistance work is infused into the spin class throughout the class for a whole body workout. Abdominal exercises are included.
It’s a gentle, all levels yoga class combining Iyengar, hatta and ashtanga yoga practices. We start with breathing techniques to first clear the mind and achieve the mind and body connection. Then we flow into gentle stretching poses and slowly we flow into standing poses. We practice a few vinyasa flows. Ending each class with a nice relaxing shavasana (relaxation). After this practice you feel relaxed, energized, and your mind is clear.
Its a gentle, all levels yoga class done mostly sitting and laying on the mat. We use different props like blocks and bolsters to help us achieve total mental and physical relaxation. Excellent class to calm the mind and restore your body.
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and other international rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun dance fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels are welcome, dancers and non-dancers alike.
