What is functional training?  It involves performing work against your own resistance, targeted core muscles in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance the performance of movements to real life activities and sports.  This method training provides exercise variety for movements utilizing TRX straps, TRX rip trainer, medicine balls, kettle balls, sandbags, sled, plyo boxes, rings, hurdles, agility ladder, bands and many more fun toys!  This small group fitness training is for all levels and will target on improving core strength and balance, weight loss and muscle tone, and improving sports performance.
